Vacutronics Inc. was established in 1994 specialising in the manufacturing oil less carbon vane and piston type vacuum pumps. A very stringent quality assurance system ensures that quality is not compromised and that production is consistent maintaining efficiency throughout.

Vacutronics are manufactured to the highest quality standards and for this reason VacServe (Pty) Ltd have accepted to represent the manufacturer in Africa. A large volume of units are kept in stock at VacServe head office in Wadeville to ensure the right pump will be available at all times. Onsite and off-site service is always available with a complete range of replacement spares and service exchange units in stock.

Vacutronics range is rotary vane type of oil-less vacuum pump and is designed for Semiconductor, Automation, Packing and Beauty industries. This series also can work as compressor up to a max pressure of 0.8 bar.

The Vacutronics “DP” model vacuum pump is a Piston type during operation. Our models range from DP 40V – DP 200H

The Vacutronics “DV” model vacuum pump is a Rotary vane or carbon vane dry vacuum pump that requires no lubrication flow through the pump during operation.

The Vacutronics “RV” model vacuum pump is a Rotary vane or carbon vane dry vacuum pump that requires no lubrication flow through the pump during operation.
