The Greenco range of side channel blowers is available in both single-stage and two-stage units. The blowers are supplied as complete units and are designed for easy installation.

GREENCO 2RB

  • The Greenco 2RB range can be used as either a vacuum pump or compressor and is designed for continuous operation across its stated performance range.
  • The motors are available for 50 Hz and 60 Hz input voltage, with IP54 protection, and are approved according to EC and RoHS requirements.
  • The motors are designed according to DIN EN 60034 / IEC 34-1 and temperature class F.
  • For three-phase machines, voltage tolerances are ±10% for fixed voltage and ±5% for voltage range. Single-phase machines are designed with ±5% tolerance. Frequency tolerance is a maximum of ±2%. Vacserve

GREENCO G-4RB

  • The G-4RB range complies with applicable standards including the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2006/95/EC, EN 60034-1-2004 for rotating electrical motors and relevant electromagnetic compatibility standards.
  • Electric motors also comply with UL 1004-1 where applicable.
  • Relief valves are available to limit differential pressure.
  • Sound-pressure levels are measured according to DIN EN 21680 at a distance of 1 metre.
  • The motors are designed according to DIN EN 60034 / DIN IEC 34-1 and temperature class F.
  • Three-phase machines have voltage tolerances of ±10% for fixed voltage and ±5% for voltage range. Single-phase machines have a ±5% tolerance, while frequency tolerance is a maximum of ±2%.

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES

The Greenco Relief Valve is manufactured from zinc-plated mild steel and is designed to protect blowers against overheating when operating in a blocked-off condition during either vacuum or pressure operation.

The valve can be set by the customer according to the required vacuum or pressure level.

Work Principle

The relief valve is installed on the inlet or outlet of the side channel blower.

When the operating pressure or a pressure surge exceeds the rated pressure of the blower, the relief valve opens and releases the excess pressure to help protect the blower.

Once the operating pressure returns to a safe level, the valve closes gradually to prevent another pressure surge.
