Frese Valves

The Frese ALPHA range of flow limiting dynamic balancing valves has been developed for use in a wide range of applications for the accurate and efficient distribution of flow in heating and cooling systems.

The second generation Frese ALPHA flow cartridge is the key component of the ALPHA range, limiting the flow and maintaining a constant differential pressure. The ALPHA flow cartridge is installed within the valve housing, ensuring the design flow rate is achieved irrespective of fluctuating pressure conditions.

The Frese OPTIMA Compact is the second generation of pressure independent balancing and control valves from Frese. The OPTIMA Compact is an automatic flow, pressure and temperature control valve for heating and cooling systems that combines the functions of an externally adjustable automatic balancing valve, a differential pressure control valve and a full authority modulating control valve in one single, compact valve housing.

The Frese OPTIMA Compact provides modulating control with full authority regardless of any fluctuations in the differential pressure of the system making it possible to achieve 100% control of the water flow in the building.

The externally adjustable Frese SIGMA Compact dynamic balancing valve provides simple, accurate and reliable flow limitation and isolation for use in both heating and cooling systems.

The Frese SIGMA Compact can be easily set to the required position by using the hand wheel to limit the flow rate in certain parts of a system, eradicating overflows and the unnecessary wastage of energy. The internal differential pressure control function ensures that the set flow rate is limited irrespective of fluctuations in the differential pressure of the system.

The new generation of CirCon & TemCon is constructed in stainless steel AISI 316 for all parts in connection with water, to secure the highest resistance against corrosion. CirCon & TemCon is designed to automatically control the temperature of the water that circulates through the valve, ensuring the thermal balance of the system.They can be set to the desired temperature using the step less scale.

In addition, the valves are also approved to the necessary industry standards and to further increase the energy efficiency of the product, the CirCon & TemCon range is supplied with insulation as standard.

Frese EVA BASIC is a valve particularly designed for the balancing of cooling and heating units, cooling ceilings/beams and fan coil units. With its simple on/off control the valve can be used for many different applications and at the same time ad-vantage is derived from the dynamic control principles.

By means of Frese EVA BASIC the optimum flow rate is ensured in each control area. This flow rate is maintained in spite of pressure fluctuations in the system.
